Harlingen : Holiday house “Aardewerk”. This beautiful characteristic holiday house (dates from the 17th century) is located in the centre of the Frisian city Harlingen, near to the harbor. The harbor is always filled with many tourists who love the West Frisian Islands Terschelling and Vlieland. The holiday house has a plain interior, authentic elements and is suitable for 4-5 persons. Spacious living room, separate dining room, plain small kitchen and a plain bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with washbasin. The cosy and atmospheric house has a fenced and covered (with trees) backyard instead of a garden. What makes this holiday house really special is that there is a lot of earthenware in both the floor and the walls. Harlingen has many old buildings with beautiful fronts in the town centre and has a lot to offer in the field of culture. We therefore definitely recommend a nice town walk.
